T.C.A.C. Core Mission Statement
Activism & Empowerment for unity, solidarity, and gender diverse equality. To represent, team up, and cross collaborate with other communities, groups, and other political activist organizations so we all can reach and achieve the same goals in the stance and march for unity, solidarity, and equality on behalf of all transgender individuals and their rights.
Diversity & Intersectionality, encouraging individuals of all backgrounds to come join us, be visible, represent, and active within our organization. Focusing on intersectionality, inclusiveness, and expanding diversity within the transgender community.
Political Rights, engaging in political debates, rallies, marches, meetings, conferences, panels, and special events to address issues revolved around transgender rights and equality that affects transgender individuals on all levels of the law.
Education & Awareness, raising awareness and educating others on the core history of the transgender rights movement, gender spectrum, pronouns, sensitivity training, and extracurricular fundamental activities to support our trans youth and each other.
Teams & Allies, networking with other team members from various organizations and our allies for support. Being able to work across the board and creating groundbreaking moments in LGBTQIA+ history.
Promotions & Support, marketing, promoting, and supporting our organization and assisting other organizations in need of our support. We have a project called “Trans-Canvassing” where each member of the organization will be trained to advocate as a promoter or representative member of our organization and transgender community.
Sponsorships & Fundraising, accepting sponsors and charitable donations to further support and assist our organization. To create better projects and expand available resources for those in need. To make better efforts in developing an equal system for all transgender individuals struggling with their personal transition or economic conditions such as living, employment, wellbeing, health, and legal both locally and internationally.
